Red Wings Spotlight

Current NHL Season

Former Hall of Fame player Steve Yzerman enters his fourth year at the helm of the Red Wings franchise, and Detroit fans are looking forward to seeing if this team can make the leap to championship contender like Stevie Y’s Tampa Bay Lightning did in his fourth year down south. The Red Wings’ prospect pipeline ranks among the top in the league, and expect that to pay dividends this year. Moritz Seider and Lucas Raymond had good first years, and they will be joined this year by defenseman Simon Edvinsson and center Marco Kasper. Veterans Andrew Copp and Ben Chiarot join Dylan Larkin in the hopes that the once-proud franchise can snap its six-year playoff drought.

This will be the sixth season that the Wings call Little Caesars Arena home, and you can enjoy hockey in Hockeytown in style in a luxury suite. Each suite holds between 20 and 30 fans and ring nearly... MORE

Past Spotlights

Trouble on the power play and woes when it came to scoring goals in general put a massive dent in Detroit’s playoffs hopes a season ago. Tyler Bertuzzi being sidelined for all but nine games played a major part in that, and with him healthy again he could easily return to being a 20-goal scorer. Captain Dylan Larkin hopes to rebound after a subpar season and big things are expected of 2020 No. 4 overall draft pick Lucas Raymond. The biggest change for the Red Wings comes in net as Detroit lured away Calder Trophy finalist Alex Nedeljkovic from Carolina. Nedeljkovic’s 15-5-3 record and sub 2.00 goals allowed average pushed him into the starter’s crease over Petr Mrazek during the Hurricanes’ playoff run, making him one of the offseason’s hottest commodities. The most exciting seats inside Little Caesars Arena hang directly over the action in one of the Michigan First Gondola Boxes. This unique vantage point comes with a gourmet food and beverage package, VIP parking, and access to the Blue Cross Lounge before puck-drop. The Comerica Players Club is the venue’s crown jewel with access to seating just behind the bench and directly across from the Wings’ locker room, where you can catch an exclusive glimpse of players taking to the ice. The MotorCity Casino Club offers more of a social gathering for interaction, and for an elegant atmosphere with upscale décor try the Rehmann Club.

The Detroit Red Wings continue to reshape the roster into a Central Division title contender. The 2021 Red Wings look to identify their key pieces for the future. It starts with Dylan Larkin, Anthony Mantha and Filip Zadina. Other key contributors will be Robby Fabbri, Tyler Bertuzzi and Filip Hronek. Steve Yzerman will focus on his young players and improve upon a down season in 2020. Fans in Detroit want Hockeytown thriving again at Little Caesars Arena.

The Red Wings offer premium options to see a game both big and small with suites and loges. All-inclusive club seating can be found mid-arena in the Legends Club, Rehmann Club, and Motor City Casino Club. These all include food, beer, wine, private restrooms, and access to the connected parking garage. The elite Players Club includes courtside seats and shares a glass wall with the tunnel the players use to get from the locker room to the arena floor.

LCA luxury suites will feature and indoor/outdoor experience with premium amenities like HDTVs, a kitchenette, upscale food and beverage options and a dedicated Red Wings suite attendant. Most Red Wings suites will accommodate 18-28 guests. For smaller groups, a Little Caesars Arena Loge Box could be the perfect fit. Red Wings Loges will accommodate 4-6 guests. Loges are located on the main concourse, just below the suite level, and will feature an HDTV and bar top seating. Red Wings Loge Boxes can also be catered in advanced.
