After missing the entire season with a foot injury, the former No. 1 draft pick is back to play under new head coach Willie Green. Brandon Ingram’s strong play continued throughout the season, and the addition of point guard C.J. McCollum from Portland was a key trade that should pay dividends for years to come. Dyson Daniels, the No. 8 pick in this year’s draft, joins second-year pros Herbert Jones, Jose Alvarado, and Trey Murphy III in the rotation. The Pelicans are balanced, young, and poised for an extended run of success if everyone stays healthy.
