Soldier Field Event Planning Guide

Catering

Chicago Bears luxury suites can be catered in advance to the game. The Bears suite menu includes a wide range of food and beverage options provided by Aramark catering. Bears suite rentals do not include catering in the base price of the suite. We suggest a $1,500 to $2,500 in-suite catering budget.

Parking and Transportation

Chicago Bears suite rentals will include an allocation of VIP parking passes. Soldier Field VIP parking is located in the North Garage. Buses, RV’s, and limos may use the Adler Planetarium Lot on the northeast corner of Soldier Field. Parking lots open 4 hours prior to Chicago Bears games.

Club Access

Bears suite ticket holders have access to the United Club, a private 3-level club on the Bears suite concourses. The United Club features open lounge space, 12 cash bars, and various concession stands. The United Club offers private entrances, private restrooms, and a private Bears Pro-Shop.

Dress Code

There is not a particular dress code in Chicago Bears Skyboxes. Bears luxury suites are climate-controlled and have a coat closet for storage. For corporate events in Bears suites, guests often dress in business casual attire in the suites. When in doubt, confirm expectations with your suite host.

There are four levels of luxury suites at Soldier Field that allow you avoid the crowds and outdoor elements and also enjoy perks like visits from Bears alumni before and during the game. You can also choose to reserve seats in the Proven IT Skyline Suite, which is 7,725 square feet and comes with all-inclusive food and an open bar.

After determining that Mitchell Trubisky wasn’t the answer at quarterback, the Bears traded up in April’s draft to select Ohio State quarterback Justin Fields. While Fields transitions into the NFL, Chicago signed Andy Dalton to bridge the gap. David Montgomery should ease the load on both quarterbacks, as he ran for over 1,000 yards in his second NFL season a year ago to help lead the Bears to the playoffs. Allen Robinson II is the top wide receiver of the group, and a strong defense led by linebacker Khalil Mack is always a selling point in the Windy City when it comes to Bears football. Executive Suites at Soldier Field are in climate-controlled comfort and provide several different seating options when it comes to seeing the game. You’ll also have a dedicated catering attendant, sideline access pre-game, several different TVs to view, and visits from Bears alumni direct to your suite during the game.
