The Broncos have been looking for an answer at quarterback since Peyton Manning retired, and they appear to have found it in Russell Wilson. They were also able to re-sign running back Melvin Gordon III to pair up with Javonte Williams again, and wide receivers Courtland Sutton and Jerry Jeudy return and will likely have increased production with Wilson. The defensive side of the ball remains strong with a team that ranked in the top 10 in yards allowed and was third in the NFL by giving up just 18.9 points per game in 2021, so with an improved offense, Denver could take a giant leap in 2022.
