United Center Event Planning Guide

Catering

In-suite catering is available to purchase for all Chicago Bulls suites. Guests pre-order at their discretion from the Bulls suite menu. Some Bulls suites will include catering but most suites do not. On average, clients spend about $100 per person on food and alcohol. There is no catering minimum.

Parking and Transportation

Chicago Bulls suite rentals at the United Center come with four parking passes per game. Lot C and Lot K are designated for those in a Bulls suite. All other lots (A, D, F, L or MXC) are open to the public and are cash lots. There are no designated drop-off or pick-up areas outside of the arena.

Budget

A Chicago Bulls suite price can vary by the game but can range from $3,500-$10,000 on average. The pre-order catering charge won't occur until game day. So, you'll need to budget for that in addition to the suite rental. Additional costs could include Bulls souvenirs or in-suite purchases.

Dress Code

How you dress in a Bulls luxury suite should depend on the nature of the event and the wishes of your host. If it’s a corporate event, many guests in the suite will likely be dressed in business casual attire. However, it’s not uncommon for guests to wear Bulls fan gear with jeans and sneakers.

Venue Bag Policy

The Chicago Bulls prohibit bags larger than 14” x 14” x 6” from being brought into the United Center. For safety reasons, guests may be refused entry if they are in possession of prohibited items including, but not limited to: alcoholic beverages, illegal drugs, food, drinks and laptops.

Entrances

Chicago Bulls suite ticket holders have exclusive access to VIP entrances located at Gate 2 ½ on Madison Street or Gate 6 ½ on Adams Street. Next to each gate entrance there are elevators and stairs that will take you up to all three suite levels. Gates open 90 minutes prior to Bulls games.

Child Ticket Policy

For Chicago Bulls games, children under 36” do not require a ticket into the United Center. Any child 36" or taller must have a ticket to enter, even if they are attending the game in one of the Chicago Bulls luxury suites. There is no age requirement for being in a Bulls luxury box.

Bulls Spotlight

Current NBA Season

Under head coach Billy Donovan, the Chicago Bulls returned to the playoffs in 2022 after a four-year hiatus. After a tremendous start to the season, injuries took some steam off the Bulls’ momentum, which lead to a first-round exit in the postseason. Lonzo Ball’s health will go a long way in determining the Bulls’ fate this year, but Chicago is still full of dynamic players. Nikola Vucevic is a double-double machine, and Zach LaVine can score with the best of them. He will be expected to improve on defense and also become a capable playmaker in the playoffs if Chicago is hoping to take the next step to glory.

Executive Suites are available on three levels of the United Center, so a suite to suit you is definitely in the cards. Suites on the lower level hold 12 guests, while club level and penthouse level suites can handle up to 14. For all suites, full-service catering... MORE

Past Spotlights

A radical readjustment of the roster could put the Bulls on the path to the postseason for the first time in five years. Second-year head coach Billy Donovan has several new options in his arsenal, including guards Alex Caruso and Lonzo Ball, center Nikola Vucevic, and an almost-guaranteed 20 points-per-night performer in DeMar DeRozan. The centerpiece of the offense remains Zach LaVine, coming off a career-best season averaging 27.4 points per game. LaVine already the recipient of one major title this year when he claimed a gold medal at the Olympic Games. Speed-demon Coby White will add another playmaker to the rotation once he returns from an offseason shoulder surgery. Looking to network during the game? Look no further than the United Center’s BMO Club. Featuring the experience, amenities, and services of a suite at a fraction of the price, it’s the ideal atmosphere for face-to-face client entertainment. Courtside seating provides the most efficient way to watch the Bulls: VIP parking, private entrance, and a private coat check before you get to your personal space next to all the action. Those ticket holders also gain access to the exclusive Calamos Courtside Club on the southeast side of the court. Those looking for something more elegant can try the Budweiser Champions Club which showcases luxurious theatre boxes and first-class amenities.

The 2020-21 Chicago Bulls continue to build their young core while reshaping this organization in and out. The Bulls bring in a new head coach in Billy Donovan, a new executive VP, and a new general manager. Bulls fans are excited to see the team with a goal and a plan for this season and beyond. On the court, the Bulls feature some bright stars in Zach LeVine, Wendall Carter Jr., Coby White, Lauri Markkanen, and 2020 first round draft pick, Patrick Williams. Veterans such as Garrett Temple and Thaddeus Young give the Bulls a veteran presence to help guide these younger players through a tough Eastern Conference. It appears the Bulls have turned a corner in 2021 and look to get back into the postseason.

The United Center offers a variety of premium seating opportunities to see the Bulls. It starts in the Lexus Club, where members have access to their own private level and membership to the Chicago Stadium Club restaurant. For something more private at the United Center, the Bulls have three separate suite levels where groups from 12-80 people can experience the suite life. Chicago Bulls suite guests receive private entry into the United and exclusive access to the elevators up to your suite level. The three types of Bulls suites include the Lower Level Suites, Club Level Suites and Penthouse Level Suites. All suites types offer upscale furnishing, premium in-suite catering options, HDTVs, and a dedicated Bulls suite attendant. Any Bulls suite will provide an exciting atmosphere whether you are entertaining for business or personal use.
