Last season showed that the Brooklyn Nets will have to come together as a team if they want to reach their goal of winning an NBA championship. Despite having Kevin Durant, James Harden, and Kyrie Irving, it was a step back last year for the Nets. Durant and Irving are joined by Ben Simmons, who will be back in action after missing the end of last season with an injury after he was acquired in a trade for Harden. The ability of all three to remain in the lineup this year will be key. The team didn’t make too many changes, and they will rely on Joe Harris and sixth-man Seth Curry to continue to knock down 3-point attempts when defenders are busy with the team’s star players.
