Indiana Pacers Health & Safety Protocols

The Indiana Pacers are excited to welcome fans back to Bankers Life Fieldhouse.  All fans will need to abide by the new health and safety guidelines in place at Bankers Life Fieldhouse.  Fans are required to wear a mask at all times except when actively eating or drinking and fans must complete a pre-entry health screening prior to entering the arena.

How much do Indiana Pacers suites cost?

Indiana Pacers private suites cost between $1,800-$8,000 per game depending on opponent, day of the week, and suite location. Suites at Bankers Life Fieldhouse typically come with inclusive food and drink or a catering credit. Theater and Loge Boxes will be the less expensive than a Pacers suite.

How many guests can fit in a Pacers suite?

Indiana Pacers suites have a capacity of 4-50 on the Krieg DeVault Suite Level. Theater and Loge Boxes will hold groups of 4. Executive Suites come in 10-person and 20-person configurations, with the option to purchase a set quantity of additional tickets if needed. Party Suites can hold up to 50.

Most Indiana Pacers luxury suites will include food and drinks. In-suite catering at Bankers Life Fieldhouse is provided by Levy Restaurants. Theater Boxes and Loge Boxes come all-inclusive of food and drink. Pacers Club Level Suites will come with a standard catering credit towards your order.

Parking and Transportation

Indiana Pacers suite parking passes are valid in the Virginia Avenue Parking Garage. The Virginia Avenue Garage is on the Northeast corner of the building, connecting to Bankers Life Fieldhouse from the third floor of the garage. Additional cash lots are available around the arena.

Budget

Pacers suites at Bankers Life Fieldhouse range in cost depending on game. Indian Pacers luxury suites, on average, are about $3,500 for a 20-person suite. Pacers suites come with a standard catering credit. Pacers suite guests, on average, spend an additional $50 per person on food and beverages.

Club Access

Indiana Pacers suite ticket holders have full access to the Krieg DeVault Club Level. The Pacers Club Level features upgraded concourses, full service bars and enhanced concession options. The Club Level also has restrooms and plenty of lounge seating areas.

Dress Code

There is no formal dress code for being in a Pacers suite or on the Krieg DeVault Club Level . Corporate groups are typically dressed in business casual attire. Suite guests will also wear casual attire including jerseys and Pacers fa gear. Pacers boxes are climate-controlled for your comfort.

Venue Bag Policy

Backpacks (with the exception of single-compartment drawstring bags that meet the NBA bag-size requirements), hard-sided bags and any bag larger than 14”x14”x6” will not be allowed into Bankers Life Fieldhouse. These rules apply to everyone, including those with a Indiana Pacers suite ticket.

Entrances

The two main entrances into Bankers Life Fieldhouse are located off of Pennsylvania Street and Delaware Street. Guests with VIP parking passes in the Virginia Avenue Garage can use a pedestrian bridge to access the arena.

Child Ticket Policy

Children 2 years of age and under will not require a separate ticket for admission into Bankers Life Fieldhouse, provided they sit on a parent or guardian's lap. Pacers suites can provide a great private environment for families and groups entertaining with younger children. Strollers are permitted.

When will I receive my Pacers luxury box tickets?

You should receive your Pacers luxury box tickets 1-2 weeks prior to the game.  Your SEG representative will confirm expected delivery date.

Can I bring in larger bags to my Pacers skybox?

No, bags must be smaller than 10" x 10" x 2."

Rick Carlisle enters his second year back as head coach of the Pacers with a revamped roster following many trades made before last year’s deadline and during this offseason. Tyrese Haliburton and Buddy Hield remain after coming over from Sacramento for Domantas Sabonis last year. Daniel Theis comes from Boston in the Malcolm Brogdon trade that also landed the Pacers an extra first-round draft pick in 2023. And speaking of the draft, they selected Bennedict Mathurin sixth-overall. He starred for the Arizona Wildcats last year and helped the team earn a No. 1 seed in the NCAA Tournament, so there’s plenty of curiosity and excitement surrounding this year’s Pacers group.

The injury ward proved to be the biggest detractor to the Pacers making a postseason push last season. Projected starters missed a combined 144 games as Indiana was quickly eliminated from the league’s play-in tournament. T.J. Warren is expected to miss some time early as he recovers from a stress fracture that cost him all but four games of his 2020-21 campaign. Malcolm Brogdon will once again be called upon to shoulder the burden. He succeeded last year posting more than 21 points, 5 rebounds, and 5 assists a game. Myles Turner and Domantas Sabonis will be penciled in as starters for a head coach familiar with the territory. Rick Carlisle returns for his second stint on the bench, replacing Nate Bjorkgren after one season at the helm. Also new to Gainbridge Fieldhouse, the lovely East and West Verandas. Private servers will cater to your needs at premium bowl-facing seats with countertops for enjoying a meal. The newly-renovated Krieg DeVault Level Suites offer prime views of the action for either your small or large party needs. Plush theatre-style seating is available at KeyBank Level Suite, complete with customizable catering options, full-sized refrigerator, and $500 food and beverage credit.

The 2020-21 Indiana Pacers are as eager to get back in the postseason as any team in the NBA. Despite so many injuries a year ago and still making the playoffs, the Pacers are healthy now and ready to climb up the Eastern Conference standings. The Pacers have one of the league’s strongest starting five players in Victor Oladipo, Domantas Sabonis, Malcom Brogdon, Myles Turner and T.J. Warren. The biggest change that the Pacers made for the 2020-21 season is hiring new head coach, Nate Bjorkgren.
